Brewing Notes:

• Steep 1 to 3 teaspoons of tea in 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and sweeten if desired. Enjoy 1 to 3 mugs daily.
• Use less tea if serving a full mug to children (roughly 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces, depending on age and taste preferences). Alternatively, offer a small amount from your full-strength brew.
