Intentional Well-being is nestled at the base of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. We proudly offer all Colorado residents a chance to fill their mug with handcrafted herbal tea or herbal chocolate.
My name is Jennifer. I am a community herbalist and founder of Intentional Well-being. My mission is to ensure every herbal product I offer is not only packed with benefits, but also tastes delightful. I firmly believe that every herbal product you add to your life should provide an enjoyable, relaxing experience. That is why I run every blend through the most rigourous taste-testing process – my kids!

Every ingredient included in Intentional Well-being’s herbal products is sourced from reputable companies. I select only the highest quality herbs for my blends, and choose certified organic herbs whenever possible. After all, your body deserves nothing but the best!
Each of our herbal prodcuts is a custom blend that I prepare by hand right here in beautiful northern Colorado. Then, they go through a vigorous taste-testing process… my teens!
