I do not make any health claims regarding my herbal teas.

Many herbs are quite safe, while others can interact with medications or are not appropriate for women who are pregnant or nursing. Each product contains a specific note regarding safety. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant or breast feeding, please consult your physican before consuming herbal tea.
